Functional Safety - ISO 26262

LEADRIVE proudly announces that our company successfully passed the ISO 26262 ASIL-D process certification by SGS-TÜV Saar GmbH.

Functional safety according to ISO 26262 has become a central part of product development in the automotive industry. For LEADRIVE, the goal is to ensure the safety of the motor control unit (MCU) and the overall electric drivetrain in any possible driving condition of the electric vehicle.

At LEADRIVE, we have a specific functional safety team focusing their expertise on helping our clients to reach the desired automotive safety integrity level (ASIL). Currently, LEADRIVE has a team of 21 Functional Safety engineers. All of them are specially trained and qualified as Automotive Functional Safety Professional (AFSP) by SGS-TÜV Saar GmbH.
